Policy of Terms and Conditions of stay and Cancellations

Terms, Conditions, Payment of  Stay Policy:
  • Please read these terms: Terms are accepted when making a booking by phone or booking form.
  • All rates are firm at the time of deposit; otherwise subject to change without notice.
  • Artisan Spa Views does not sell Gift Vouchers.
  • Your booking is held in good faith.
  • Artisan Spa Views excepts deposits by VISA, MASTERCARD, Direct Deposit {please request]
  • Deposit 50% of full costs.
  • Balance on or before arrival day [Balance can be paid in cash, credit card or debit card]
  • Minimum 2 nights stay.
  • Minimum 3 nights stay on Long weekends, School Holidays and Public Holidays.
  • Bookings are for consecutive days with same guests on registered booking.
  • No third party guests allowed to change out. A new booking at full tariff price will be charged for any new guest.
  • 1-2 Adults per spa suite.
  • On arrival a security bond on your credit card applies for all stays if this is not available: Cash Bond of $250  is held in trust till your departure and returned after inspection of any loss or damage to property.
  • Left articles in rooms - guests need to apply for return post, pack and delivery. charges apply from $10.
  • Artisan Spa Views B&B is Designed for discerning adults who appreciate attention to detail in a child-free environment of private, casual sophistication for relaxation.
Booking Changes, Cancellations, Cut short stay or No Show Policy.
  • Cancellations, Cut short stay or No Show Policy.
  • Please Email: your cancellations details with a follow up phone call to Artisan Spa Views with your Booking confirmation name and number.
  • All Notices of Changes to bookings:
  • * Less than 3 days [72 hours]before booked check in day including No Show or Cut short stay guest leaving prior to check out day forfeit Full total cost of booking charges.
  • * 4-10 days notice of Cancellation / Transfers /Adjustments to any booking; Forfeit the Deposit or 50% of total costs.
  • * 11 days or more notice: A refund of your deposit less the $45 Admin, bank costs. Funds will be directed to original account only with in 5 days of written notice.
  • To avoid any possible financial loss due to unforeseen circumstances please consider taking out travel insurance.
